Allana Ferguson bio
Allana first represented Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Following several knee injuries through time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana had her first ever female rugby union match which was held by New South Wales as she was the main focus of that match against Queensland. Allana has added radio to her game, regularly appearing on the top-rating Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Outside of sport Allana is also a fully qualified educator. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos superstar and teacher who is qualified out of the sport arena she has played for Australia at three times, in touch football, in rugby league and also in rugby sevens. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos football player who was in rugby league for many years but had to stop her career early because she injured her ACL a fourth time. Ferguson was already tearing ligaments in the same knee between 15 and 17 but following the third tear, it was game over for the 25-year old. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and was forced to quit before the end of the season due to a 4th injury to the left ACL. Ferguson was injured in her ACL during training in November. In the last week Ferguson confirmed the news in an interview with The Courier Mail.
